It's FINALLY HERE !!! Registration day OPEN !!!
Here are the forms needed to register for the HGTV 2012 Circle of Friends Retreat in Branson. Please follow the links (NO google account is needed), and then fill them out and mail them in with your deposit and/or retreat fee.
There are 2 forms needed to be filled out and returned. They are the document "Registration Forms Packet". Both forms must be turned in at registration, or your registration will not be accepted. Thanks for your cooperation with this :)
Registration papers and deposit and/or full retreat costs need to be in our hot little hands by September 30th, or you may be put on the waiting list. We have opened the registration for 60 people, so don't delay :)
Print the Registration Forms and mail to the address at the bottom of the forms, along with your check or money order.
IF for some reason you are unable to print the forms, please send an email to COF2012Branson@gmail.com and we will send them to you by email.
Instructions
In order to view the forms, you have to have Adobe Reader ... if you don't have it, you can find it here get Adobe Reader
When you click on one of the links below, you will then go to "file" at the upper left of the page, then click "download original", and then once it downloads, open it and click PRINT. And IF you have trouble with that, just make sure and POST your desire to attend on the HGTV message board, and send us an email as stated above... we will send them out through email. If you print before downloading, the forms will not print correctly.
